Why would you welcome further dilution?
In 3 months time they will be receiving ~AUD$15mi (potentially a decent amount of that sooner)
Seems counter intuitive for them to raise more at 4c when this is likely to occur... they may just need to curtail their spending for the time being if conversions are not enough initially.
I am hoping the next raise will be in the teens at worst.
