All I'm saying is Valad are not totally reliant on selling property to make a profit.
They have many rental properties with long leases, and they have managed assets that also supply continued income.
I agree that their valuations are out of date, but they are certainly worth more than what the market values them at.
I believe that they will survive and they will prosper in the future.
You are welcome to take 50% off my valuations and that still makes them work 7x's what they are valued at the moment.
That's a long cry from your "claim" of Zero ;-)
