I too am a long term holder & supporter of UNI, but I must agree with sharespunter & others on this one. I know for a fact that there are brokers & others which are staying away from this company beacuase of AS & his apparent greed. I was actually very curious (just too busy to research it & so thank everyone including Research is best, for all their research both positive & negative) how many shares & options he has been issued in the past. It is all too easy for him to issue himself options, they fall by the wayside out of the money and then issue himself some more the following year. No such luck for us holders. We buy on what is indicated at AGM's and other market releases, at market prices at the time. I remember one AGM a long time ago, where there was again disputes over the options & shares package & the vote was cancelled at the AGM.
Agree things are looking better for the future but it has been a very long time for holders & they would like to see some recurring income, not just more greed from CEO. His wage has been quite substantial over the past 5 years or so with the result that he has signed one major deal, purchased a US company & we are now close to full automatic production of 1ml. He should get his just rewards once the business is cash flow positive from operations or finalised SA deal. He does not have to wait utnil the price is a couple of dollars, but it is just too early still.
Also want to say that everyone's research & debates has been very insightful & I hope that good news will come either at the AGM or before.
