With Rex I'm more concerned bout the trouble it was in before covid.
Those issues from late last year have not been resolved. Even if covid disappears.
Covid almost buried the airline. That's how fragile it is.

I also expect the board to jump at a $200mil infusion due to those problems.
And then the issue is how the equity is placed.

I don't see how they can do it without giving away 50% of the company.
We will see. Might end up being a short term trade. I certainly won't sit on it if I enter.

What issues from late last year? What trouble? Have you missed the continuted profit postings?
Covid will bury every airline if it continues. If you read the plea to the government it was a blatant cash grab. The wording never reflects REX's position other than it will not be able to operate in 6 months. They mention 'regional aviation' as a whole.

VA lasted a month and QF took 1 bil cash from investors.
