Whilst there may be fairness & equity in your comments, reality is banks do pull the pin on some businesses. If the pin is pulled on CNP, Commonwealth will just say they couldn't reach a satisfactory outcome regarding CNP's debt & were just looking after their shareholders.
Businesses will continue to borrow from the Commonwealth.
Over the last 30 years many business have failed, can you name any one bank responsible for say one of our big corporate failures?
Truth is they are all normally involved to some degree & people forget the circumstances.
Let try a few large corporate failures, Cambridge Credit, Mainland?, Bond, HIH,One Tel, Adelaide Steamship & Pasminco. Corporate names may be remember but not the lenders who pulled the pin.
