all the babble re "6m" on the charge... umm that will only fly if the bank/s took Additional Security without anything given back in exchange...?
So if the bank/s gave even 1c extra facility... that defence won't fly.
(am clueless as the mob except have had career in business banking where i've signed up more than my fair share of RMDEBs then gotten involved with failure windups)
