Hi Seeya... I agree, dont get angry and sell. But I know of buyers at 45-50c on info out of TS office - not happy Jan !Dont worry about insider trading etc, never bothered them before. I remember TS advising that deal would go ahead .. if S/H did not approve of the the sale ,that Nkwe and IGC would strike a deal and sell the asset with our approval... something to do with no approval needed for day to day selling of an asset ie the 15%.. TS would sell the asset and we would hold shares in a co. which got X $ for the 15% in our bank a/c and and thats all our share price would be worth ! not too sure if I explained that clearly.As CEO he makes the day to day decisions not us !regards .... MUFF
