I've said before, this skin in the game thing isn't sort of employment you would wish on anybody and I don't understand why you would want someone to have to work in that sort of environment. perhaps even more so, in this evidence-based industry, is there any peer reviewed and scholarly articles that indicate that "skin in the game" is viable in a workplace?

I will say though I was here in March and before, and I could see it was incredibly disheartening for all the shareholders. but I don't know if I can judge anyone on their pandemic response, nor do I think anyone else here can.
