Long held investors who's money has been used to pay these salaries for 3 years were thrown under the bus in the last CR by some very amateurish decisions.
I agree that them taking shares rather than cash for salaries is far from ideal.
The journey to date has also been far from ideal and the pain felt by investors could be shared in this critical time.
An announcement of this nature would increase the SP.
That's not too painful for those being paid in shares.

I would agree that investors certainly look for that, but I would disagree that this has given investors an added advantage. I haven't good internet right now, but when I did I found there was incredibly poor evidence for this skin in the game stuff. I would genuinely love to have my mind changed if there was evidence that this is a positive thing.
