NGE exiting
As you pointed out NGE sold around 14m shares in April. Down from 23m to 9m (your estimate).
Clearly this persistent selling would have been acting as a brake on the share price.
However, there was sufficient demand to soak it up.
It is probably reasonable to assume that NGE plan to exit completely.
They had 9m shares left at April 30th. They sold 14m during April.
Based on share rice action yesterday, and NGE sale rate in April, it is possible that NGE has left the building.
One or More Significant Buyer or Just Many Small Fry
Again based on recent bid/ask action, I'm inclined to think, perjhaps hope, that at least 1 entity has been accumulating recently.
