Notice of Appointment

On 4 November 2008, Tony McGrath and Joseph Hayes were appointed Administrators to Allco Group of Companies. Simultaneously, on 4 November 2008 Steven Sherman and Peter Gothard were appointed Receivers and Managers by the secured creditors.

The Receivers will be responsible for the ongoing trading and realisation of the Companies’ assets. All trading and sales issues should be directed to Ferrier Hodgson by email [email protected] or by phone (02) 9286 9944.

First Creditors Meetings

The first statutory meetings of the creditors of the Allco Finance Group of companies will be held on Friday 14 November 2008 at the Masonic Centre, 279 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW at 11am, registration from 9am.

In preparation for the meetings, the following documents were distributed to known creditors via post or email on Thursday 6 November 2008:

- Circular to creditors

- Notice of meetings

- Proof of debt form

- Proof of debt instructions

- Proxy form

- General creditor meeting information

- Declaration of Independence, Relevant Relationships and Indemnities

- Schedule of remuneration methods and hourly rates

- ASIC information for creditors and shareholders

Creditors wishing to attend the creditors meeting either in person or by proxy should lodge their proof of debt form and if applicable proxy form by Noon on Thursday 13 November 2008 by:
