SIGH. When will people realise that notes are SUBORDINATED debt. The banks will not have to divide it with noteholders. Even if the banks end up being ruled as unsecured creditors they still rank above the SUBORDINATED debt.
Good luck getting anything on those notes, there was a reason why they were trading aroung $5.
