They did say the size and strength (strongest) during the process but I forget. I wll report back once I get it. I believe you start with low dose and up it every 3 days until it seems to be right for you. A comment by them was that each bottle lasts for 4 to 6 weeks - heck I pay $90 for each bi weekly Physio appt and not sure if that has done anything I cant do myself with stretching.
