I am a shareholder of ABC Learning. I kept on buying shares seeing that Bankers (CBA WBC ANZ NAB, Investment Bankers (JPMorgan), have invested as shareholders.

IMO they are in same rank as me shareholder. They get dividend, like me shareholder. They should be held more responsible because it is they who attracted me to go into it. Then why they should be ranked above shareholders in getting money back?
