My view is that it is all or nothing. Just because CER is ring-fenced and the Super LLC downside is capped, it doesn't mean that Super LLC's actual downside won't be enough to break CER's back and for the lending syndicates to subsequently decide not to rollover CER's debt.
My view is therefore that they both survive or that they both do not.
