Oh sorry amigos, my mistake - GRL did say it could be a copper-gold intrusion at depth (see copy below from p. 6 of announcement). If you are a gold bug from WA, that may not mean much. However if you are from NSW, it means quite a bit. The area around Copper Hill East has some massive copper-gold porphyry intrusions (for example Cadia is the largest gold producer in Oz and it is about 50 km south - it has 38 million oz of gold). I don't want to overplay this news but keep your seat belt on, just in case.
"Follow up work Once results from the grid infill soil sampling are received, planning for a drilling programme to test thecoincident area of anomalous copper in soils with native copper on surface, and porphyry-related Cu-Aumineralisation at depth will be finalised. The drill programme is expected to commence in July 2020."
