I do not really agree that there are significant levels of downramping seen on HC regards Unilife. I for one have not seen too much negative sentiment on HC regarding the SA deal. The initial payment made it a bono fide deal and most shareholders agree that it was positive and allows the company to move forward with some confidence.
In reality it is the size and timing of the packages for CEO and founders that has caused this latest round of media attention and has generated this negative sentiment with shareholders. For that the Board must take some responsibility as they are the ones that put it forward to the AGM and in to the market at a time when the SP could well have done without additional downward pressure.
