blownaseal I believe they have to then get into a Supply Agreement, but this is only after the Industrialisation Agreement. My belief is that they want to know first that we are going to be able to produce the 400m - 1 billion units going forward, therefore the industrialisation side of things comes first and makes for an interesting time at the end of this month with Buende.
