the obvious candidates with gold plants in immediate area havent put a bid in?....or is that why still in halt??

couple goes now to sell this "asset" couple hundred grand first .....thats good cashflow...

This time 20k....yep prob cost of due diligence/silly questions/ negotiation costs etc for the co...

What has the due diligence uncovered to not proceed??? they said they did DD didnt they?

So where next....

Im expecting the unexpected
