Well imagine the audacity of someone having a
go at FH FAULDING ex staff being part of a bad
culture at MP. Don’t discount the Culture of Faulding!! Are you Serious ??? Are you either an ex employee, current or Related to SR or one of the other XXs. I have never heard such Dribble regarding an apparent Global Company.
” Aussies having a Go” . Sure they are they’re having a Lend as well at Other People’s Expence. All have their noses in the Trough.
Yes they did get Premises in NC. USA and Kudos to them. Regarding Brian Mcnamee cutting his teeth at Faulding are you implying from that are we to deduce all ex staff are of his ilk??. Beyond Words. You seem to be showing loyalty rather than being an investor.
Brians brother Paul World class tennis player
Should we accept all his junior club members will be champions ?? Seriously! I believe to some degree Covid19 may well be the Saviour of Mayne. They were 19 cents for Gods Sake. Did you sing their praises then? Aussies having a Go. So 30 years ago these guys worked together or the common denominator was Faulding. Why sell out to MN ?? Even then why did MN sell them?? So then 13 years ago these
Brilliant class of 89 ( whenever) Get together to
Conquer the World. Do you know that Teva is the biggest employer in all Israel. There are many more Pharmaceutical Companies similar.
Some I doubt have even heard of Mayne Pharma, let alone Scott Richards. I’ll bet my bottom dollar he knows Their CEOs name.
Unless you are completely naive we’ve seen it all before. Group together see Opportunity reasonably successful expands. Then they’re out of their depth. SR seems to have had a pretty successful career. He is definitely not Managing Director Calibre for a growing Pharmaceutical Company in USA. As for his ex
Faulding mates who get together monthly for Directors meetings get rid of the lot of them. I may upset Daicosisgod here but regarding bad culture we at WCE acquired one . It led to bad times . 12 years of hard slog Then the flag 18 months ago. Get rid of the bad apples ( all of them). Great Board , put in great coach! Great leadership. Result WE ALL WIN !! Members and Supporters .Your hypothetical of having little doubt Faulding would have been a Major Player. We will never Know! Will Chairman We? Deal with what we have . The Board in General are terrible.I understand BM bought another $2m recently ( he is about $650,000 up on that thank you). He and Chairman Corbett go way back.
This where Richards , Corbett and BM have to separate. They have there other ex Faulding geniuses to do there bidding. As Wilson Asset Management said a couple of years ago “ with all that has and is happening No Scalps lost yet
in Leadership. They were big SHs. A Company
Unique Opportunity requires the right Culture starting at the top. SH Value must be Paramount to get these Institutions onBoard .
A few Serious Major changes they would take notice .These guys have Zero respect for Shareholders. None of them.Dolan included.
look your loyalty is admired , but keep it to membership fees and a pie and sauce at the game. Don’t be hoodwinked. The USA could chew us up and spit us out if they wanted. Get some Yankee Leadership and I would have Consultants to fine tune to final three candidates
definitely not ex Faulding board members they are a Bad Culture.
