Agree walbrook, I posted back in dec if anyone was taking K2 M7 with their D3..... nobody answered.
I have been on D3 and K2m7 since and Mag.
Funny thing is ten years ago a chemist said I was low on D3 ..... just by looking at me?
Told my Doc and was tested..... was 10
Have had a blood test six month later and got to 100.
Not been tested since and stopped D3 so do not know what I have been
for the last 8 years.
Stared taking D3 late last year 6000 units ... doc knows.... with K2
