Should GMV use the loan toward payroll costs, interest payments on mortgages, the payment of rent or leases and utilities, it is likely to be eligible for total loan forgiveness.
Obviously GMV can use the US funds for the above and use the money it normally spends on these costs on manufacturing if and when the orders roll in . Just journal entry stuff.
