Our original sale to CX was 20 odd mill for 75% that was uses as cashflow in TSI. The 10 mill is book value. No body knows its value and our only way to get value is with a CX sale.
If we were to sell our 25% without the CX sale we are being ripped.
It has no value at the moment and we are cashflow positive with no need to prop up TSI it can just sit till CX move.

PS I think Gary should of held that presentation not Jeff and explained TSI.
Jeff had obviously told the announcer he did not want to talk about TSI.
