I guess the question is "What is market sensitive?"
IMO one, two or three day's downtime would not be market sensitive. Weather alone could do that and it would be factored into the drill scheduling anyway. Plus I expect there will be maintenance days... Anyone have a clue at how many days delay would constitute a market sensitive announcement?

Weather Event = maybe
Accident = Yes
Drill Rig Failure = Maybe, if only one of them - or if it can't be repaired in days...
Coronavirus = Yes, but how since they are so isolated?
Grizzily Bear incident = Yes - hope not
Yetti incident = Yes (joke)
Lots of sparkly yellow stuff = Yes
Firstly, let's hope everyone is safe and well.
Timing is interesting because it is the end of Thursday in Alaska.
