The only thing I will say leaving aside the economic Armageddon coming is this........Myer was listed at $4 or so from memory, after a number of CEO's, multiple new stratergies and overhauls and here we are 10 years later with the share price sitting at nearly a 10th of its listing price. I am not an expert on the stock market, but one thing I have learnt is in the long run the market generally gets it right. The share price destruction over the last 10 years says that this company will either go broke, or will be taken over for very little.

    Good luck with your investment.

P.S I am not a shorter and not a holder, just an interested bystander seeing department stores self destruct. I think the department stores have allowed themselves to self destruct by letting the brands that they sell setup shop around the corner, destroying their own business. If they focused on exclusive brands to attract customers rather than being real estate sellers then things would change. Their model is broken and slowly self destructing.
