The trick is with this credit world today is to not over leverage into the credit and have a strategy to pay for that debt within a REASONABLE timeline so your not paying interest for years to come as many will no doubt end up doing by putting these purchases on their mortgages.
Learning how to invest in the stockmarket is the only way Ive found to create another way of earning over and above what one earns at ones day to day slog and be able to pay for these credit excesses.Trouble being you have to have at least 5-10 years doing this to be confident in succeeding.
