The driller who contracts for MHC is most likely mobilised in the region already or have contracts in the area lined up for after the completion of MHC program. They do so to cut opportunity cost & the exhausting costs of travelling across the border for say $400k then drive back. It also works in MHC favour as they don't pay for mobilisation/movement costs etc.

Fingers crossed to some visuals of the RC chips presented in a chip tray. Be great to see some VG but ill take a nice hit of sulphides at depth/down-dip.
