Great point. My understanding is that the inventory number won't hold up. Much of it is either heavily dosed with isolate from the first management team, which means the labels aren't accurate, and consumers don't want to eat isolate, and much of it is hitting its two year shelf life. And I don't think they ever really said if the old inventory actually carried over to the new branding. Expect the auditors to demand another large write off at mid year. Ouch. Loan me some popcorn?
