    It seems the most logical answer would be debt for equity. Basically if it goes into admin banks know their gonna lose. The commercial property market is at a lockdown atm everyone wants to sell their centres pretty much impossible to sell centres. I think the banks will debt for equity shareholders will end up with nothing and they will make it sound like a huge success. Debit for equity is almost as bad as them going into admin for us. If I was gonna see nothing for my money Id hope the banks would do.

    I think people forget this company is being sued for hundreds of millions of dollars from old shareholders this is a massive uncertainty. If they win what they want Centro will most definately be bankrupt. This is the major stubbling block for the banks. Even debit for equity posses the problem that they are still making a massive risk as centro could still go bankrupt.
