Allow me - I have been involved with some companies where all the above has gone on and resulted in management changes - great wow fantastic now we'll see the share price go through the roof - ahh or perhaps not. The result of management changes for the said companies in question resulted in lowered share prices - yep lower - not higher. In fact, by a huge % margin. So to all calling for heads to roll - go and scratch your heads and please explain to us all why after the desired changes that would happen. I know why and I'm not a genius.

In the event that RVR does get good quarters and we'll only know that after the event, management will be praised to the hills and naysayers will buy up big - the same naysayers in whose hindsight views management previously sucked - off with their heads etc. In that event management hasn't changed but the naysayer's view did - ie management got on with the job under rather challenging circumstances. Hypocracy - for those who don't know its meaning - ask google.

If you have not noticed the share price of this company has been going down for the last 2 years , if the change in management results in further lowering of share price it is no big deal as it will only be following the trend set by previous management.
