Someone on HC posted the break down of the capital raising and it suggested Yacov was looking to raise 2 mill.

Im actually amazed that the share price is back in the 7s particularly after FDA approval! I was one that said open at 12c depending on the way the announcement was worded.
It would have performed better if we were given numbers of patients that the patch could be used for and the average charge per patient.

I would love to know what’s going on with the UK and India? Are we close to a deal with first channel in Taiwan? Is the factory close to staring production? Has the first shipment arrived in Italy? How is the prisma going regarding uptake in the US? Why can’t we order a prisma on line?
We need stock and in a hurry!!!

I have searched high and low for some sort of response from the company or ASX as there should be a substantial share holder notice. Who ever Dr Yacov has sold these shares to, or a simple reshuffle of his current shares, has resulted in a sale of 6.6% which is above the 5% threshold which requires an automatic announcement to the market.

The sale of 44,000,000 shares on the alternate chi-x registry is quite baffling and there should be an announcement tomorrow to clear up this transaction.

I refer to your comment regarding the SP and consequent retracing of the SP from $0.12 back down to low 7's. GMV is a very frustrating company to own. The company IMO has been heavily marked down due to the lack of revenue and obviously without money, a company is going to struggle.

GMV has ticked a number of boxes including:
1. FDA in the USA for the Prizma Jacket
2. EAU for the GMed Patch USA
3. TGA in Aust & NZ for the Prizma Jacket & GMed Patch
4. CE in Europe for the Prizma Jacket & GMed Patch
5. Medtel distribution in Italty 500 Chemists for Prizma Jacket
6. Taiwan deal waiting for FCL to pick up the MOU for $405 mil over a 3 yr period
7. Aged People Homes for the Prizma Jacket and GMed Patch in USA & Australia

GMV is poised to go to the next level and start producing some revenue. I feel your frustration regarding what's going on in China, India, UK, Taiwan, Australia, NZ and Europe ETC. We have had an avalanche of announcements recently and it would be good to find out what's going on, especially the factory in China.

As always we need to exercise some patience and sit back and watch Dr G and his team bring this company through it's paces.
