    Michael Kiernan has unveiled his plan to develop a mining company in Western Australia. Kiernan has gained control of the $A9 million listed Alexanders Securities group and he plans to turn it into a miner and look for precious metals. Shareholders voted to give Kiernan a 40% stake in the group. Kiernan has also unveiled plans to buy the Monarch Gold Mining group, which has collapsed
