My guess is the ABC24 audience is fairly well educated, intelligent, calculating and cynically wise to the ways of the world because of their age and life's experience. Obvious social engineering programmes like QANDA are targetted to an audience that can't compete with life's travails, but I doubt the majority of the ABC demographic see's it as representing their value system.

"Obvious social engineering programmes...?" Given this comment I doubt you've ever watched the discussion on QandA... Please tell me how you justify such a suggestion? what resources enable you to decide that QandA is "social engineering"?
