Nope nobody dumped a lot of shares. it's the usually 4:10 exchange of a minimal amount of shares where someone is prepared to sell at that price ... it wreaks of manipulation. why would you sell when there are plenty of buyers at 1c. Happens pretty much every time. if you do the numbers on volume then the share price should be rounded to 0.01 not 0.009. The ASX algorithm seems to therefore be wrong also.
