I think the granting of options here for management is similar to the granting of those options at 25.5c except BOT will receive less cash when and if they get exercised. Did not Vinnie drop $100,000 for the year as well which on a percentage basis beats the crap out of many middle management folk here in this Covid world? As far as I am concerned, I hope Vinnie has stopped all the bravado and focuses simply on the job at hand.
Which does lead me to ponder Matts role in all of this. It can only be a positive provided whatever health issues he had, or dealt with have been managed appropriately.
Another month of chill but I am so used to this by now.
