Hervey bay, personally do not see the attraction but yes it is growing fast and still more enough vacant under utilised land that would not see a shortage if it grew to 3 times it's current size
also interesting that 2 years ago the fastest growing areas in Australia where Hervy Bay and Mandurah here in the outer metro area of Perth
The same outer metro area along with places like Rockingham, another coastal area, that are experiencing some of the largest drops in value.
Then there is City Beach here in Perth where the drops are very significant
