Ok let me attempt to clear some of this up before it gets out of hand. There are several clearly biased and borderline ignorant posts going both directions here.

IRGS minersation is a description of a geologic system that involved fluids coming up from below precipitating out various minerals as it cools (earths crustal temperature decreases the shallower it gets). One of these minerals is Gold.

A geologist (or even a driller whos been around long enough) can easily see evidence of such a system in the drill core. In the case of Estelle, it comes in the form of small veins that contain several easily identifiable minerals, including pyrite (also known as fools gold) among others.

These veins are prevalent throughout Estelle and have been shown through assays to often (but not always) contain gold at grades that are being deemed as hopefully economic (pending feasibility study).

Now, whiles these viens and *associated* minerals are easily identified by eye in the core, gold IS NOT. we do need assays for that. This is becasue gold is present in such low quantities and because it present in the form of microscopic flakes. Additionally, it looks just like pyrite which is abundant.

There is a very high liklyhood, based on what we know about the Geology at Estelle, that there is gold in these veins. what we do not know is what grade - its literally a coin flip.
