    Im starting to wonder if the 'material licensing agreement' we are expecting might be another like this one from 2015:

    In the above case, the term 'material' referred to the size of the payment PTX made to Moffit cancer centre for IP and licensing rights to enable them to continue their clinical research.

    Could this announcement in effect be as simple as money going out rather than in, to further support and advance PTX's clinical development?
