The only problem is buddy you are not really playing a REAL poker, you are playing Texas (lottery poker); the least skill level of all the poker games. Hence its recent popularity. Play a higher skill derivative, eg, 7-card, and 'the chicken run' is less likely.
Apply this to the bigger picture, the share market, and answers might begin to appear.
