In this environment, you take all the money on the table. You never know when the capital markets might close again. COVID19 is not going away anytime soon. So you need to buy insurance, and this is a great opportunity. It may even allow them to step up the program faster so that we hit returns earlier, which all improves our return profile. Guess we will know in a few days time.
