re: genelabs SLT management now need to deal with MP Biomedicals, LLC.
Hopefully some with investigative skills will be able to post on this site information as to the status of this company.
If capable all is not lost -perhaps.
Otherwise another negative to add to the series of negatives.

The fact that Genelabs has decided to divest the diagnosis business may indeed indicate a possible reason for lack of progress by SLT management in endeavouring to finalise a contract.

However one must also query the SLT management's capability to negotiate with some sort of authority or awareness.

A statement as to the revised state of play by SLT management is now required - expediently.

Back to square one - seeking a potential distributor?

Blind acceptance of MP Biomedicals, LLC whatever its management capacity?

Eventual take over of SLT by another group for a ridiculously low offer - but advantages and financial benefits to Frost et. al.

Problems with the test kit ruling it uneconomic?
