The TSE ann means that no ESI related ann will come from TSE untill they have completed there capital raising.
I suspect that the next ESI related ann will come from TSI,
a seperately listed entity, I suggest that if you have a bit of time read the TSI annual report, very interesting.
TSI is rated a strong buy by Commsec ( for what it is worth, although any research that is not negative these days has to have some value)
TSI are a likely suspect to fund both IP and Plant Capex
