i don't think this is a problem long term ... genelabs is a huge company, a smaller company may be keener to get select's product to market ... wait and see what the wahs-up is i guess.

also note the quarterly statement released friday arvo, they say after placement they have enough cash for two years of operation ... and restate they expect revenue on top of that to start flowing in later this year.
