I've read through this and to me it feels like ::

    1. The ASX are clearly fishing for info in regards to negotiations that are ongoing for not with the mindset of protecting shareholders and with an interest for complete disclosures to the market but instead as a competitor that not only wants the tech ISX have but also what are the terms in ongoing negotiations.

    2. ASX are definitely looking to delist ISX. I hate to say this but the wordings used are clearly with intention that ASX don't care anymore if they get a bad image for this which they won't. The number of attack pieces that various publications have written kissing ASX's ass clearly because their companies are not only listed but depend on info from these people have made sure that the ASX seems like a stringent regulator and not someone that's over reaching and clearly has a conflict.

    3. What shareholders should now think about is that if we do list somewhere else what the procedure would be to make sure as shareholders and part owners our holdings are represented properly in the new exchange.

anyone has thoughts on the last part please let me know coz I don't have a clue.

    regards

    newbie
