Cable , well one would need to know what the engineering brief specifics were , Did the contractor guarantee it would work and to who's specifications .What are the design parameters , what are the specifications .But most importantly , who pays for rectification , the builder contractor or QOL .And would there be any restitution for lost production due to plant failure not meeting specifications
