share holders would have been better off going into recievership than selling off the lithium project in a fire sale to Thomases mates at charge resources.
The recievers would then have had time to properly assess the market and get a reasonable price for the asset (perhaps from the Japanese).
Still no notice recieved that the sale has gone through. I'm holding out a faint hope that the sale falls over.
