    hey articulix,
    Im not holding those companies...
I just really really like them...I saw the presentation on PPP over the weekend and the new adjusted cash balance, and completely changed my sentiment on the stock...
    CVN is also amazing...

im around 60% all in on CUE 21.6 cent average...
it will be 45 cents on the downside late 2009...
    remember this...
    amazing stock...

    as for AKK...
Im not making any of this up...
You lot should study abit on ELK...
it produces 17,000 barrels per quarter and it is only just cashflow positive (just)...
most (if not all) asx (onshore US companies) have failed big time... theres a whole list of them...
many have pulled out... others have fought on...

sure with AKK there will be a period where prices will fluctuate between a broad band, but overall this is headed in one direction...

I believed in Austin because I read the presentations and they gave every indication of cashflow positive...
for that to have happened there needed to be a combination of many things... and ultimately the most important factor was the sheer size of planned drilling program...also stimulation... and quick period of hook ups...
and then we got a bonus of oil...
all that lead to a one day one bagger that captured the market because suddenly they too started to factor in cashflow positive (before it happened)... because there was just plain that much potential...
    revenues are still tiny...
    stimulation never worked...
    oil flow rates were small...
Austin did not have hands on experience, they contracted operations out to other parties (AKK bunch of investment bankers)... this lead to problems that austin did not know how to fix...looked like they had little control over it too...

I read that plant capacity was so small, this lead to the halt of drilling wells...
Now dont quote me here, im thinking back many months off my memory...
plant capacity only allowed for 1.6 MMCF to be produced per day to Austins share--> under maximum plant capacity...
a maximum daily revenue stream of $20,000 give or take...

it was a good lesson learnt here... and a profitable one...
just how important is good management?... I will never invest in a company again with directors that I dont trust, or dont know what they are doing...

the signals came early on... leaked info... dodgey insto raising early on...
the writing was on the wall...
damn I could have made real money had I sold when I knew I had to...
    articulix,
    keep in touch...
