monty python and property bulls, page-23

pugnacious...the reason you don't see many 'bulls' , as you defy them, is that roughly a month ago they started singing a different tune...not even they can ignore the catastrophy any more.

prior to that all of them (and i mean all, so some don't come back claiming that they were 'this or that'...) were singing in harmony:
--there's no bad time to jump into property !!!!

--everytime you buy, she'll be right as long as you hold for "long term" ....

--you renters are hoping 'this or that'

--immigration will save us

--since the dawn of time property has always...

--our extended families were just like you and now we have to support them

--renter can afford McDonalds but they won't sacrifice like we did...

--times have come when not everyone SHOULD be able to afford the property

---bla bla bla bla !

that's why they were being accused of being RE agents, offloading as they were ramping it up...all sorts of things !!!

i personaly was screaming that they had a hidden agenda (nobody could've been THAT blind and i still believe that they are all "in touch" by email or sit next to one-another in the same RE Agency...)

maybe you didn't read the threads at the time, but if you go just couple of months back...you can read it for yourself !!!

..as it turns out all of them, suddenly, are MODERATE in respect of purchasing the property NOW or EVEN SOON !

...but they will still call you RENTER (have you paid your rent this week? -- that's the battle cry !) when you corner them in some paradoxical statement !!!

Another one bites the dust !!!
