    Yes it could have been all over.

    Looks like EG put their foot on it (so to speak), lifted the skirt and did not like what they saw, but liked the concept and so have a low cost of capital option to see if it might be worth an international expansion. So this I see as a test market. And if OLI gets into trouble again...it will be a lot cheaper than 10cps.
