Have you read the CSIRO report, AntiHistamine? It seems that many in the quantum computing space collaborate. IBM emerges as a key facilitator of collaboration. Archer itself collaborated with the CSIRO in producing the CSIRO Roadmap. As to links between ASX's main quantum pioneers Archer and Woodside, I've no evidence that the two groups are collaborating. But commonsense tells me they if they aren't collaborating they soon will. If they decide against doing so they're not as smart as I think they are.
